This shop cracked my new bike frame while installing the shock. The ceo has messaged me they are gonna get me taken care of for a frame swap all within their return policy and nobody will call me back or talk to me. They don't follow their own policies

I love this bike shop! I bought a Cannondale hybrid bike in July 2022 and I got an amazing deal! Great service too.
Do not work with this company. Can't even get a response from the owner about a frame swap. Having to do a chargeback on my card
