This place just wants to make money from people. They told the court I need to do 24 sessions and said I have an alcohol/substance use disorder. I don’t drink everyday I work two full time jobs and they got information incorrect and said that I was pulled over even though I was never pulled over. I was outside of my vehicle. this place is just going to paint you in a negative light. Service gets is really bad, no one picks up the phone I’ve been calling for a few days now and no answer no call back no nothing. I’ve been trying to get prescription refills for a week now and I have yet to get any answer. My doctor was out for weeks, no one notified me I found out on my own And to find out the doctor has been back this whole month, you think they’d have common sense to let patients know they this.
Third floor staff great! The two women who truly are passionate about their patients are dr.helena and ms. Zoey.
