The people who work here are extremely rude with no manors. They will sit there and call you incompetent instead of actually listening to the customer. Do not recommend this place.
Something fishy is going on it seems like every time I call to follow up on my case (which I should not have to call to get updated on my case they should be calling me with updates)now that it is time to settle and pay its always something!! I was told its the insurance adjusters fault the claim is being neglected….I call the insurance company they blame the lawyers. Im fed up!!
