The service was pretty slow, but I can understand that staff may be a bit reduced due to COVID-19 concerns. My complaint is regarding the lack of polite and professional customer service as well as the lack of clear communication about actual services that are offered.
As I drove away from the car wash, I noticed my car had tons of water spots all over both of the passenger side windows. I made a U-turn and politely asked if my car could be wiped down better as I had water spots everywhere. The guy who had previously wiped down my car took a look and came back to me and actually said, "so what?" I replied, "you don't see all the water spots?" I was rudely told nothing could be done about it with no explanation. I had to ask additional questions to get a muffled response from the guy. I was told the spots looked like water spots from a sprinkler system. My question is why do I have to pry to find out why the spots won't come out?
I asked could he remove them and he said, "there's nothing I can do" shook his head and walked away while speaking Spanish under his breath. I wasn't rude at all, simply inquiring about what further could be done. I had to ask for a manger to finally get a clearer answer that I'd have to get some type of acid treatment to remove the spots which would run me $100. The manager did apologize for his employees behavior, but at that point I did not want to spend more money at this establishment where I didn't feel valued enough for a simple question to be answered without feeling like I was pulling teeth.
Fast forward 2 days later... a combination of white vinegar and distilled water that I purchased from the dollar store removed all spots. I had experienced water spots on my car in the past from sprinklers, that were removed very easily by the car wash service with no outrageous charge on top of the money I had already spent for the original wash.
