Went into their store yesterday around 11 am and wasn't welcomed and acted like they never saw a black customer before in their life.. I went next door to LDF and spent $13,968 dollars and up the street to GONZALEZ furniture and spent another 4,800 dollars.. We should never judge a person by their skin tone but the content of their charcter. I will never step foot inside their store ever again and I suggest any other person of color to not as well. Excellent service and great prices! Very comfortable mattress and really good quality. Definitely I would recommend Ramirez Furniture.
Price was good but the quality of the Leather Italia furniture is very very poor. I experienced tearing at the seams of the couches within six months. They also faded and they were not exposed to the outside light. Recliners stopped working as well. The warranty was not honored and I have made complaint to the BBB and TX Attorney General against Leather Italia furniture, the manufacturer. Ramirez is assisting with the process.
everything was great the service and the prices are the best thing about this place I really recommended this place for all kind of people if you want something that it is not there they can get it for you.

I was looking for a bed that I saw in another furniture, but it was super expensive so I went to Ramirez furniture and they did not have it at the store, but I ask for the catalog and hey have it there so they just ordered for me and it was excellent price even with the mattresses I paid less that in the other furniture
