This store does not deserve a 4.5 star review. The tabulated reviews include the Jerry Lee era. The Rameys era reviews are significantly lower. My personal experiences of pricing , lack of customer focus and friendliness , long lines at checkouts and lack of check out personal. I now go the few extra miles where hometown grocery shopping is a pleasure.

Something has happened at Rameys... We miss Jerry Lee's or just any grocery that treats people nicely. Can we get a Rouses. They are WAY better anyway and much nicer. They are very rude to customers. Even Customer Service is also very rude. They play victim and turn back a conversation onto the customer and say the customer is rude when the customer is simply following their request at the register to go to customer service to handle an issue. Only good thing about this place is the cooked food , the meats are ALWAYS spoiled , everything else is super expensive , don’t buy meat here please , I’ve waited a few months and tried again to see if maybe it was just a two time thing but nope bought 4 packs of meat 3-4 spoiled and ofc I checked the expiration date , I truly believe they are changing tags on meats , cause the amount of money I’ve had to throw away is ridiculous. But sushi and cooked food IS GREAT !
