Purchased an e-bike last summer and I am very happy with the quality of the product and the service was great.
Steve was very responsive to my inquiry when I needed service and assisted in dealing with the company the bike was purchased with to ensure the correct parts were supplied. Repair was completed in a very excellent time.
I have been wanting a kayak for quite some time and bought one from Steve at Rambotoba Outdoors. An inflatable kayak is perfect for me as it's easy to transport and setup, making kayak trips more manageable when I am on my own. Steve is friendly and quick to respond. He gave me an option for a kayak that I hadn't thought about. Thanks, Steve. I also had my old trek bike repaired and it's working great now.
I’ve never bought anything from him, but Steve saw me changing a flat bike tire on the side of the road and he turned around to offer his expertise and bike tools to help change it. Seems like he has a passion for bikes and those who ride them.
