Great place, Bootize is a fantastic host. She has reasonable rates for rooms and shuttle.
5 days of wonderful section hiking. Great rooms, showers and kitchen. On-site shuttle service with great flexibility. Full kitchen and very conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.
A wonderful place along the Appalachian Trail. Bookie being both a 2000 miler and a local river guide is very knowledgeable of the area and also able to run shuttles. Plenty of bunk space for solo hikers and tramily to join. There are several adorable cats and dogs running around as well (one of them also a Thru Hiker!)
Everything you could want in a hostel/stay experience.amazing stage and community inside paired with great food,animal friends and clean rooms. Bookie(the owner/manager) went above and beyond for us and it showed in so many ways. If you're a through hiker this should be one of your planned zero days! Also worth mentioning it was quite and super cozy downstairs where the private rooms and bunks are!
