Wasted months of my mother’s time. Just said that she needed surgery to fix her thumbs, and we already knew that. We just needed paperwork filled out and the staff couldn’t get it done. She asked politely each time and they said “oh yes we know” but they never did anything about it. They just take your money and state the obvious without filling out paperwork. Literally go anywhere but here. Now we’re going to a different doctor. Do NOT waste your time here
Great Doctor but their Staff is HORRIBLE!!! An estimate of almost 3 weeks to get a simple paperwork done for FMLA or EDD when it takes literally 5 minutes. They gave me My FMLA form in 2 days, but my EDD one is gonna take 3 weeks? They don't do things online, they do it by Mail, who the hell does EDD by Mail anymore? If someone is being a caregiver for someone the #1 thing most important to have is MONEY to care for the person they are caring for, and the fact that they take their sweet time and haven't updated their system ... read more
Waste of my time! Read all reviews decided to give this office a try. I should have known better. Patient care is horrible, this so call doctor spends less then 5 minutes and rushes you out. I brought my records and all I heard was yeah yeahhh didnt even bother reviewing anything. Went for a follow up with xrays and mri for him to do nothing but send me again for another xray and mri! DO NOT GO HERE!!! YES I WAS A PATIENT YES I WAS SEEN!YES MANAGEMENT WAS IMFORMED AND DID NOTHING! THIS PROVIDER SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT HIS AGE. THE FEW VISITS I HAD WERE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
