Raj was absolutely superb. He guided us from scratch all the way through to loan approval with incredible patience and expertise. Our settlement was originally expected for late January, but the developer suddenly brought it forward to 8th December. Despite the tight timeline and even with Xmas period starting, Raj handled everything efficiently and took away all the stress. He managed to get our land settled within just 3 days.
