I’ve been working with Alex for about five years now. I can’t say I’m a practicing athlete in my late 50s but have many long-term injuries from snowboarding, cycling and just being a clumsy adventurer. I was having intense shoulder and elbow pain from using my computer everyday at work. Just lifting my arm was challenging. Alex evaluated my arm, elbow, and shoulder with some tests & exercises. He then knew exactly how to treat me. He did dry needling and pulse electromagnetic field therapy using a device called Bemer.
