I was in sever pain and they had an opening for the same day. Let me tell you Alan was awesome and took care of my issues and got me back to functional.
This was my first time at Ralston, but not my first massage. With that said, it's been a while and I had some knots! Alan was very kind and did an amazing job. We probably went a few minutes over (no complaints!). He asked about the level of firmness and he got it perfectly. They're in the process of moving spots but it was still very relaxing! Definitely coming back when I need another one
