I moved further from Ralph's in Carson but was able to go there yesterday. I got an average amount of groceries & when I left I was busy putting my receipt & debit card away. I got home & some items were missing! I called & they were at the counter. I had to go back to get them. I've always liked this store & staff yet no one acknowledged the mix up or even offer any type of thank you for coming back. Or an example: a $5 Ralph's gift card - nothing! Outdated food on the shelves. Yesterday I was stalked by a man and I didn't even know he was behind me. He stole my wallet out of my purse. I filed a police report and also reported it to KTLA they are going to interview me regarding the incident.
Today I had the worst experience shopping at Ralph’s, use to be my favorite store but today was the last time I’ll ever go there. Getting followed around like you were doing something wrong it’s not a good feeling to have specially shopping with you’re 1yr old.
I just bought a frozen California Pizza Kitchen pizza at this location. After I removed the packaging the pizza looked old and lots of ice on it. I checked the expiration date on the box and sure enough it said Best before September 30, 2014. You are selling pizza which has been expired more than one year. I'm glad I noticed this because if I hadn't I probably would be in the hospital tomorrow with food poisoning.
