*Update- I had to find and contact the seller as Amazon would not. There is no way to contact them through Amazon either. Amazon insisted that all they could do was give me a refund. The seller advised me that USPS had returned the package to them due to them damaging the package. The seller received the return the day before it was supposed to be delivered to me, but did not advise Amazon or me. They did offer a $10 discount if I ordered another through Amazon. I would like to edit my review from the last time I left one. It had been a year since I had ordered my items and was told that they were waiting on the vendor. I managed to find them in a store I was at. After contacting Ralphie’s with my disapproval and explaining the situation. They were quick to resolve the matter and issued me a gift card refund. Received the new item in a very prompt and timely manner. Thank you and apologies for the bad review I had left before.
Will never order from this place again.. first and last. Year later and never received my full order. Was told by seller that they were waiting on the items. While they were waiting I found them in the store and just decided to buy them.
Found this little shop on accident while looking for authentic Labubu’s (I know I know!!) and I am so impressed! The easiest ordering, fastest shipping, and authentic merchandise in a world full of counterfeits. I will 100% be ordering again!!
