Sister ordered the Terrifier set over a year ago and never received the product. She has the order confirmation and plenty of follow up emails requesting the product be sent out or at the very least, exchanging the product for something else if they happened to be sold out and did not have the ability to fulfill the order. Unfortunately they never shipped my preorder pops and it’s been over maybe 3 years. Every time I’ve messaged them they tell me the same thing. They are coming late but what I don’t get is every other store place and website already got these and have been sold and available. How can other places get pops that they didn’t.
