Tried to return an item because it is severely overrated but was ignored. Eventually I got someone's attention. The employees acted like I was a criminal for returning something I do not like. On top of that I was told it cant be returned at all. No options. Look online and sure enough you can do mail return. Maybe the lack of customers will get there attention. I posted the pictures for them to see. Yes you can return opened cologne. Dont assume things about people you dont know. I used the cologne once.
Employees in this store are the true example of what bad customer service looks like. They despise you if you’re trying to return something. They are not helpful if you’re trying to buy something. I am really not sure why do they work there if they hate thie line of work that much!!
