Shopped at this location once before… however today I experienced the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. The older bald guy with glasses was not helpful and very rude. I will continue to shop online, I do not recommend this location at all!

My Wife and I made some purchases at the Ralph Lauren Store in the Gallaria Houston, Texas store. We were assisted by Omar Perez the Men’s Department Supervisor. Based on my experience with the products sold to us and the professionalism on Mr. Perez I can highly recommend this store to my family and friends.
The customer service was exceptional and the store was very organized. I flew in from Southern California and was very impressed.
