Had the worst experience from the moment my husband and I walked in. The lady at the counter didn't even say hi and gave us such a dirty look. And most employees were like that. We got looks and horrible customer service. We wanted to buy matching sweaters but due to how we were treated we didn’t want to put spend our money on a brand that doesn’t have any respect for people.
The best Ralph Lauren location, hands down. Thank you to Kevin, who went above and beyond to have my wedding outfit overnighted to me after I had an issue at an entirely different location- exceptional service, a pleasure to work with, and I’ll only be shopping at your location from now on. Kevin, you are the best! Thank you- I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know.
Who doesn’t love Shopping at Ralph Lauren? The Elegance, Merchandise display, Luxury! And yes there is something very Special about this Ralph Lauren building and store on Worth Avenue! It’s worth a visit! And Behave!
