Bought 3 flag sweaters here, the one I bought for my husband was tattered at the bottom of the sleeve. I didn’t notice until he was wearing it (because what kind of store would sell a ripped sweater?!) I went to ask them for an exchange, and they were all shoulders, super rude about it, and completely useless. We spend an ungodly amount of money at Ralph Lauren, so it’s disappointing they treat customers like this.

I needed a medium sized Oxford shirt for my nephew's bday that was sold-out online and all the stores. Natalie from the East Hampton store emailed me they had one. She was so helpful, responsive, fast and friendly. AND, they had a 30% off sale so I got the shirt for $96 instead of $140 online! Natalie was great and I'll just email or call this store next time instead of ordering online.
