We told RallyTowels how important the size of our towels needed to be and were assured there would be no problem, and that they’d be the best quality material. It was a large order and we received an invoice that reflected the size and quality we wanted and felt satisfied using ACH for a discount instead of using a credit card. Then we received towels that were 20% larger then what was on their invoice, and cheap quality, certainly not the "High Quality, Heavy Velour" stated on the invoice. Placed an order based on the pricing on the website. Afterwards I was told that pricing is wrong and then told a higher price. When I asked if they can honor the posted pricing they just invoiced me with a higher price. No apology or anything that they couldn't honor it. I was still going to go ahead with the order. I tried calling the phone number to ask when the delivery date would be since I haven't gotten any email replies, but it's not in service. Very poor communication!

Contacted and ordered 4000 white RallyTowels when another supplier dropped the ball on me last second. They got them done in 2 days and shipped out. Saved our event!

After searching for a company that can get a 18,000 custom piece job done in 3 days most of my calls from other online companies were met with "thats impossible." Rally Towels was an exception. They processed the order so smoothly and we hd delivery in time for our event! Most of the companies are resellers online, RallyTowels is the real deal factory that manufacturers them in California. 5 stars from beginning to end.
