I've started going to Lauren regularly and she is the first massage therapist I've felt it is worth going back to. She has helped with my sciatica pain and brought awareness to my shoulder tightness, and has taught me stretches to help with both between appointments. Additionally, scheduling is easier than most (not generally booked too far out) and cost is reasonable (and worth it!). Bonus is she's also a very nice person who is easy to talk to! Highly recommend!
Amazing!!! Definitely in my top 2 therapists ive had over the last decade. And ive had many. I felt so relaxed and pain free when I left my appointment. Can't wait to go back!!!
