Great customer service with Juan Mireles! Came to Rally CU after trying to get a loan at another Credit Union and what a huge difference. Juan was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. Made the process very smooth.
I don't bank with Rally but my property management client does. So I deposit his rents to his business account. First time I deposited for him I showed the account number and they still deposited to the wrong account. So today I went to a different location and I asked the teller if it was deposited to the right account explaining why I asked and she ROLLED HER EYES and gave me an attitude.
