IT'S NOW 5PM I'VE BEEN HOLDING FOR A LIVE PERSON TO VERIFY MY CARD AND THEY ARE NOW OBVIOUSLY CLOSED, WHAT KIND OF BANK STOPS TAKING CALLS BEFORE CLOSING AT 5PM? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! "Typical banking institution—quick to deny a loan and unwilling to recognize on-time payments as good credit. Despite consistently making my car payments on time, they refuse to factor that into their credit decisions. Disappointing and frustrating for customers trying to build their financial future.
Worst experience with a bank or credit union ever. Tried to make a payment on the app but it sucks. Had to go into a branch. Told the specifically I tried to make a payment on the app but was having trouble. Told the teller I was having trouble making the payment on the app and wanted to make sure nothing was going to get processed and I would make the payment there. She told me nothing was done online or on the app and to go a head and make the payment. Today I got charged again for the app payment. They don't know what the... read more
