Customer service is horrible here! Don't ask them to write on your cake if it's 5pm because the lady that works there NEEDS to be off at 5pm even though the sign says "Bakery Hours 7am-7pm" and we were there at 4:50pm waiting to be helped on. They also insult you the price of the cake you are buying!
