Customer service outstanding!!
Very disappointed that my local Raley’s store doesn’t have any registers open after 8:00 p.m. I had to leave my full cart of groceries behind because the only option was self-checkout
I love all Raley’s but across the area the courtesy clerk (bagger) level has great declined over the years. This is nothing new. They are not trained at how to bag and the sense of urgency is non existent. It’s really disappointing to see that the dress code, level of professionalism, sense of urgency, lack of training has greatly gone downhill. I hope you can work on your locations to improve them.
