Mike was excellent! Customer service is top tier, and very patient and quick! Very affordable prices for screen repairs as well. I would highly recommend 10/10.
I called Mike for an IPhone 12 Pro charger replacement. He was super helpful over the phone explaining the costs, and even how it all works! Then when I got to the store he showed me how you could just pull the lebt out of the charging port with some tweezers and gave it a good brushing and viola! My phone was fixed and he did it for free! What a good guy. Thanks again Mike. Would definitely recommend for more serious issue too.
Mike was such a great help. I called in with a phone that is locked to a mobile provider and he didn’t tell me he can't help. He went on to explain that only the provider could unlock, explained what that means for me, and then offered me so many solutions for what I could do. Mike went above what was needed and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received!
Mike is a beast with the phone repairs, great customer service and affordable pricing and also gave me a free case.I would recommend anyone to come here and get their phone fixed.
