So happy to have found this meditation. This meditation allows me to let go of all the accumulated minds throughout my life, habits inherited from my parents and ancestors, and the "self"(ego). This is the best meditation program I have ever tried in my life. I have been always interested in meditation so that I tried many different forms of meditation like Dahn Yoga, Buddhist Meditation and so on. But this meditation has guided me to find true self within and I could learn how to let go of my daily stress and anxieties. Hello! I've practiced meditation here for a few months. Since I started this program, I've felt positive changes. My relationship at work has improved a lot and anxiety I hadare gone. It means a lot to me. I feel much calmer and now I can love myself. This is the go-to meditation center!!
