Focus on great customer service and being a well run law firm. Highly recommended.
Call them, get an only Spanish speaking receptionist, wait a long time and get English, make a plan for a first time meeting phone call. They don’t call me. Bad first experience. I’ll give them two stars for being nice over the phone and having a free consultation, though it didn’t exist.
I most definitely do NOT recommend this Law Firm! Unfortunately, we were not able to speak to Ms.Beckie Morellio. We payed and scheduled a consultation with her. On the day of the consultation we only spoke to a "relations staff member" Yulisa was her name she gave us misinformation and most defenetly didn't give us peace of mind. We paid a deposit to "start our case" we waited for the contract and once we received it and had to sign and send back we read it carefully and not only was everything different from what she told ... read more
Lo recomiendo 100%, nos ayudaron con una apelación que parecía perdida y al final fue aprobada. También tienen mucha empatía con tu situación y te dan la tranquilidad de sentir que estas en buenas manos.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL, They are scammers at first they will act like they care about your case and set up an appointment with the lawyer but was never the case it was a finance lady that automatically charged me $5,250 which was our fault, because they never did anything nor investigated I was the one providing every information they were not doing nothing then I finally got the chance to an appointment with a supposedly lawyer name Mariela Garcia keep in mind ... read more
