This was an absolute waste of time, I was told they hadnt gotten to repairing my scooter a week after I brought it to the shop with no explanation followed by "we will call you later today after we look at it" which I did not get a callback until the next day which by then I had decided I would just pick up my scooter and have it repaired somewhere else. I am very disappointed and i advise anyone who relies on a bike or scooter to get to work to take it elsewhere for repairs or maintenance.

Raleigh Bicycles location in Drexel Hill has very professional staff members that are very knowledgeable about bicycles. The staff member that was working by himself showed great multi tasking skills by dealing with 2 different customers at one time. Keep up the good work ethic

Very helpful, has second hand parts that are sometimes hard to find and good pricing. I will be back for sure.

They have great knowledge of the cycling world in general and bike repairs in particular. Instead of unnecessarily replacing everything during repairs, they only renew the essential parts and restore what can be fixed as originally as possible. This, of course, makes them a budget-friendly bike shop. 5-star customer service. Thank you very much!
