I have a Raleigh hard tail all carbon bike. I must say it has been a good bike and I have really liked it. I got a crack in the top tube, right in the middle in a very non-stress spot. I sent in pictures as this is under a lifetime warranty. I got a very smart alec response saying this could be from accessories and would not be under warranty. They eventually offered me a good price on a new bike. They were rude and could careless that this bike cost me nearly 5k. I will move onto a more reputable company and bigger brand na... read more

It is a fun place to work. It is not a retail store
Ordered Rx 2.0 on website before Christmas ( closeout sale price was excellent ) than few days later got refund without explanation. Called them and they told me that there was glitch on website and product I ordered is out of stock . Weird. I had feeling that they don't care about customer at all - normally someone would call or send email and explain whats going on and/or offer different solution but no - not Raliegh
