Ralco electric did a fantastic job on my generator installation and have been there for regular service of the equipment when necessary. I’ve been very happy with the company and have recommended them several times!! Thank you Ralco
Steven was the technician that Ralco had sent to fix our generator was great, he came right at the time the person had told me in the morning. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He also told us about a maintenance plan that would save us some money that was available. We spoke to the person in the office and we felt it was definitely worth it and we signed up for it. Technician was great, but we had no prior notice that there would be a service call. Not his problem, but an office failure!
