The people in there are amazing. I love the fact that as soon as I walk in the door there's three people ready and eager to help me find exactly what I need and get me out the door as quick as possible
Went into Raks For a couple of hose clamps. The woman at the counter felt they were priced higher than they needed to be and gave me 50% discount! I was blown away! So happy these folks are here to help me when the water starts leaking.
Been coming to Raks for years. But not anymore. Bought a curved end edger for a concrete job and didn't even last 5 ft before the handle bent and came off. Went back to either warranty it or return it and they said no can't do it. Cheap junk they sell
