I ordered the Firefly petunia from QVC. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. First order was broken . Spoke to someone and they sent a replacement. Just got it yesterday. Broken dead pieces again, half the dirt was in the box. Not the way a plant should be shipped. I am so very disappointed. Will never order anything again.
Purchased flowers that were perennials last year from QVC. They came in and grew beautifully last year. They never came back. I contacted QVC and they said I need to talk to Roberta’s. I have called Customer Service and I have emailed them with no response. I’m on an endless hold to reach Customer Service with Roberta’s. Very unhappy with no response. Won’t purchase anything from them again.

the quality is unbelievable. the boxing is sturdy and indestructable. not one single open cell in the plug trays. fantastic.
Raker has amazing staff and service! Casey went above & beyond to help me. On top of having an amazing staff, they also have the most unique, gorgeous plants… for example - this pic is of the glowing firefly petunias they are growing there
