As others have mentioned, warranty work on my Echo Switch Rod (10' 10") 7-wt was hassle free. Filled out the handy form available online, put the rod and broken part into a tube, enclosed a $35 check and in a couple of weeks, the rod came back. No muss. No fuss.
Broken Echo3 retail about $360 was replaced with an Ion retail about $160. This is not what I would expect from lifetime guarantee. You should get the same rod. Anyone else have this problem with Rajeff?
Just amazed by the Echo 3 you sent to replace my broken 8-6 4 wgt carbon. Two words: stiletto loops.
Great company to deal with I have a Echo rod and broke it I shipped from Pa to Vancouver and had back in a week. 35$ is awesome too most other companies is 40$ and up. Thanks
