I have consistently found that communication with his office staff to be abysmal. You can generally expect to receive curt interchanges and few positive results when seeking answers to questions. While the practice has a website button to access the Patirnt Portal, Dr. Rajani has not seen fit to activate it and make it useful to his patients. He is a brilliant doctor who cares and is compassionate toward his patients. He always takes time to answer my question. He also has a staff that is very kind and helpful to patients.

I find Dr. Rajani very knowledgeable and helpful. However, like most physicians he obviously feels his time is more valuable than his patients. I had an appointment at 9:30. I was finally brought into the exam room at 10:00. At 10:28, I walked out because I had another appointment at 11:00. Very frustrating.

Last night Florida announced immunocompromised are now eligible for the vaccine with a form completed by the doctor. I immediately contacted Dr Rajani and asked for a signed form as I have been on immunosuppressants for years. Kim in his office told me "Dr Rajani is not signing any forms right now. He is too busy with appointments and has too many immunocompromised patients." I asked, "are you really telling me that he is denying his patients access to the vaccine." I have been a patient of Dr. Rajani for 10 or more years now and I absolutely love him. My mother who has since passed away, was also a patient and she loved him as well. He is knowledgeable, kind and soft spoken with a wonderful bedside manner and takes his time with his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ragani since May 2016. I worked in Health Care Management for 20 years until I retired and move to Naples. I wanted a Dr who would be vested in my overall health and help me maintain a good and healthy quality of life as I get older. I trust him to do that. He works with me . He pays attention. My husband is now a patient. His staff is very professional and always courteous. I highly recommend him

Very thoughtful caring physician. Follows up. Excellent diagnostician. Doesn’t just look at laptop! Looks and listens??
