We strongly advise against borrowing from this credit union due to their subpar communication. During the transition, our contact information was lost, resulting in unnecessary late fees, incorrectly addressed mail, and no notification when payments were discontinued. We are now without our car title and have been met with unhelpfulness and a lack of apology from them.
Do not ever get a car loan from this place. Had to down my insurance to liability only because my insurance for full coverage is practically the same as my car payment. I don’t have accidents just under 25. I downgraded to liability for a few months and they charged my account for $700 to cover 6 months of their own personal insurance. I now got a policy of minimum full coverage, showed them and they still want to charge for the $700 for their own insurance policy for the past 6 months that they only recently added to my car... read more
