I’ve been a loyal customer of this bank for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. When an issue arises that doesn’t directly benefit the bank, it feels nearly impossible to get meaningful assistance. I’ve spent hours on the phone without any real resolution. My card compromised. I received a text message. I called customer service and was told to come to the branch to get a new card free of charge since the system detected fraud and was confirmed. When I get here the representative says I have to pay a $5 fee, which is unacceptable since this was not my fault. It would be great customer service if this fee was refunded back to my account as this situation should nit be at my expense.
