I’ve never been so disappointed with a local business. They are extremely slow and their website is ALWAYS down. We have a business account with them and it takes several days to do any kind of transfer. The applications never work and their customer services reps are unable to help. Stick to your brick and mortar.

Please do not get a car loan with raiz federal credit union they took out 1700 dlls for a loan that was paid off look at pictures for reference and the truth call the call center 1 800 number el paso number two days in a row was promised that the account was paid electronically no money will be taken out and nothing el paso phone number I believe her name is Michelle hung up on me no one was able to assist me and just took out 1700 on a loan that a representative said was paid off the call center said they were wrong and sti... read more
DO NOT do business with this credit union!!! They are the worst and you will have a horrible experience with them. They give you the run arounds, they want to apply fees for any transaction they possibly can. Their customer service is the worst. DONT make the mistake I made. They deserve not even one star
