I cannot believe the nightmare I’ve experienced with this bank. I had funds sitting in my account, and yet, on a Friday night when I needed my card the most, it simply stopped working. I tried everything—checked the app, checked online—and to my absolute shock, I discovered that my card had literally been deleted from my account. Deleted. By my own bank. I came in around 11 Am on Friday.No one was there to greet customers. Even though I was the only customer there I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my precense. Another lady came in after me and they decided to help her first. I sat there for another 30 minutes just for them to give me a sheet of paper with the requirements to open an account. Raiz Credit Union has been completely negligent and unhelpful in handling a serious fraud issue under my name. A bank issued a check payable to me that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. The person who received the check happened to have an account at Raiz, and Raiz allowed them to deposit the check into their account — even though the check was clearly under my name and not theirs. No ID verification, no proper review, nothing. When I brought this to Raiz’s attention, I asked them to at least contact the issuing bank... read more

Very helpful staff! very informative and genuinely nice people at this location:) Receptionist and Banker have helped me on multiple occasions and each time they were of great help! I unfortunately do not have their names, but overall this is a great location!
