Miguel Zamarron is unprofessional and obviously has anger issues. No wonder he is in the call center since he can’t manage anything.

When this was TFCU, I LOVED it. I have been banking with this group for nearly 20 years. But since it became Raiz, I just feel really unsupported and like my money is not safe. My account has had fraudulent charges placed multiple times, I've been charged fees for this that I've had to really fight to get back. I just had my card changed, and yet I have another fraudulent charge. I'm very saddened by this. On another note, if anyone has a good recommendation for a very strong, safe banking group, I'm all ears.

Thank you Sophia for working with us on paying our passed due amounts. Usually collections calls are anxiety enducing, but you were and still are very help full with our situation.

By far, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of financing a vehicle. Today I was double billed my already extremely high 1k a month plus payment. I am reconsidering refinancing with another lender.
