By far, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of financing a vehicle. Today I was double billed my already extremely high 1k a month plus payment. I am reconsidering refinancing with another lender.

Always a problem trying to contact any of their departments over the phone, have to go in person in order for them to take you serious.
