I enjoy the Lomaland Branch because Maria Aldridge is my favorite rep. She is the most courteous knowledgeable helpful intelligent and has the best customer service of all cu reps. I would like to add that she makes every transaction very easy. She deserves a perfect score, there is no room for improvement, she is there already. #1 employee.

Maria Aldridge did a great job on assisting me with my problem of loosing my RAIZ debit card. She is very professional 👏 and efficient . Answered all questions. So I left a happy. Also she's verrrrry nice and polite.
Tried working with different credit unions, raiz is the best on customer service and rates.
