Worst bank n credit union ever
Ive been with Raiz since 2016, when it went by teachers federal. For many years it was great but unfortunately, its gone downhill. Their online services are either confusing or just dont work. Ive had issues connect external accounts, sending money, etc. And its a struggle to get a person on the phone instead of the bot. Recently had a questions about a charge from the other side of the country and the fraud tech treated me like I was stupid. Ill most likely be closing the account after 10 years with them.
Kimberly Buenrostro has great customer service, she was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. I had a great experience at the Kenworthy Branch.
