I had an issue with new debit card. A very nice, smart, interested individual (Micheal Alberty) promptly issued new card and all was well. Need to mention that he was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He works at the Kenworthy Branch, they have a very good employee!!
Michael was so incredibly helpful. Walked me through every single thing that I needed. Excellent branch or Raíz.
Unfortunately online experience is much better then in person
