Worst branch ever.
Raiz charging $15 to cash my sister's check, a veterans widow.
This place is discriminatory against elderly people who only speak Spanish. If they do not like you, they will not help you when you go in person. My mother had issues when she went in to pay a loan, she is not tech-savvy and they refused to help her. She is going to be removing all her accounts from there. Don’t recommend this bank at all!
If I could give this branch 0 stars, I definitely would. They are discriminatory towards individuals who only speak Spanish, my mother went in to ask for help on how to make a payment on a loan and they completely ignored her. They have the most unprofessional, unethical employees, who only help you when it is convenient to them. Have been banking with them for YEARS but am switching all of my accounts over to GECU. Done with them.
