Let me say I wish I can put 10 stars for this institution. Any other branch I went to is sub par to this one I think all Raiz banks should use this horizon branch as the standard on how to treat customers because they don’t make excuses, cut corners , or blatantly act rude as the Rojas branch does. Claudia and Omar are the go getters of the bank but I’m sure they all are so if you guys want swift efficient customer service make the drive to this horizon branch A++ All around
