Couldn't have been any smoother. After reaching out, I was contacted within minutes regarding my traffic ticket and Alex Lonstien waited at his office for me to get off of work despite it being late at night to take care of it. My traffic ticket was reduced to a jaywalking fine and I was always kept informed throughout the entire process. They saved me a ton of stress and worry. Would 100% recommend getting in contact with them.

Alex Lonstein was amazing. Much more than that could be said in the beginning, but for purposes of expediency I want that to be stated first. I was very nervous and very afraid about the outcome.
