Raisa did my wedding dress alterations, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She is so thoughtful and detail-oriented with her work, taking the time to meet with me multiple times and making small, careful adjustments along the way to ensure my dress was truly perfect. She is also incredibly kind and went truly above and beyond for me. Raisa altered my wedding dress. She was able to take it in about 3 sizes and attended to some very intricate beadwork. I cannot say enough good things about how kind she was and how great of a job she did. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a wedding dress tailored!!
Brides, do not bring your wedding dress here. Raisa’s customer service skills are lacking, to put it kindly. She misquoted me at my first appointment because she would not listen to my request about the fit. She would not do a 30 day fitting because it would have been during prom season, her busy season. Her solution? “Don’t lose weight.” She also would not workshop how best to bustle the dress. Her recommendation made me look like I had a horse’s tail popping out of my booty.
