Shelly is absolutely amazing. She goes way beyond the technology. She takes hearing health care to the point where it becomes an art. Through Shelly, I now have the capacity to benefit to the utmost in spite of my rather complicated hearing impairments. Now I can once again take part in conversations, no longer excluded because of my deficits. I cannot express strongly enough how much I appreciate Shelly's care and concern which she has shown to me. You can trust her absolutely.
