I went with my mom and dad to have my dad's hearing tested. Shelly was thorough and explained the tests she did to develop a recommendation for my dad. She was very helpful and willing to "go the extra mile" to assist my parents, since it's a challenge for them to get around. I was impressed with her and think she will be a big help going forward. Shelly is absolutely amazing. She goes way beyond the technology. She takes hearing health care to the point where it becomes an art. Through Shelly, I now have the capacity to benefit to the utmost in spite of my rather complicated hearing impairments.
