I love living in the raintree some the people are messy but I no how to by pass all that imind my business.
I recently moved from here months ago. The place is infested with bedbugs that the management can't seem to control as the guy who owns the building won't fork over the money to properly get rid of the infestation. There's structural problems but I guess he'll get around to it when a resident gets hurt. There's a maintenance man who runs around picking on the older white residents and apartment hopping when he's not working with the residents; which is clearly posted in the lobby is against their code of conduct.
