Worst Eye Experience Ever There were a number of bad interactions that have added up to where I will no longer ever go to Rainier Sight and Sound and has caused me to wright a negative review. If I could rate the place with 0 stars, I would. 1. Dr. Turner is an apparent smoker - his hands smelled as if he just got done smoking a pack of cigarettes and didn't wash his hands, not to mention his breath smelled like an ash tray. Upset for the lack of explanation, problem solving, and over all customer service I am upset that this place lacks so much professionalism and is not able to come up with a solution to a problem. First of all, if you are an eye doctor, surely you should be able to explain processes, and come up with an explanation to a problem in a logical and legitimate manner. I came in for an eye exam, wanted contacts, got a trial pair of contacts for 2 weeks, and then was told to come and do a follow up exam. I have had nothing but probl... read more
