Extremely disappointing customer service. Something has definitely changed here recently. Cutting costs on proper support will not lead to higher profits, it will only drive potential patients away. Please consider hiring local staff who are not only friendlier but also easier to understand when communicating with patients.
Visited the place for GC medical, after a couple of friends recommended it. The center was prompt in getting the lab work done and completing the supporting paper work in record time. The walk-in system made it more convenient. Special thanks to the doctor for assisting with blood draw for my 11 year old daughter (her first blood draw). Highly recommend!!!
The Rainier Occupational Medical Center is an amazing clinic. The price is great and you are able to walk in.
