DOT certificates weren't uploaded to the FMCSA national registry in 2025 before the deadline in June, resulting in many CDL invalidations. Asked to upload several times. No result after one week. They charge less for a reason. Wrote a complaint to FMCSA. If you care about your CDL and future driving success - avoid this place!
Google and the front door all says open until 4PM, but there is a rude guy stopped us when it is still 2PM, and refused to let us in. Very disappointed and terrible customer service.
Extremely disappointing customer service. Something has definitely changed here recently. Cutting costs on proper support will not lead to higher profits, it will only drive potential patients away. Please consider hiring local staff who are not only friendlier but also easier to understand when communicating with patients.
