UPDATE: The business did reach out to me and offer to eliminate the charge for service. They also took ownership for the mistake. My review is not about paying or not paying, but it’s about their approach to customer service. I really do hate to leave a 1* review. It is frustrating when it comes to this because I always give a business the opportunity to make things right. Ben is pleasure to work with and the employees are very careful loading and unloading and safe drivers. Pleasant staff, prompt delivery and pickup Nice clean, well-equipped vehicles. We will definitely be calling them again!
