Rainer does it again! Went for an appointment yesterday for my IT band (soreness in my knee after jogging) after a short 30 minute visit today, woke up feeling near 100 %. Rainer explained what the cause is, how to prevent and most importantly fixed it within 30 minutes while digging his fingers in my calf… Hurt forsure and I had knee problems.. but he definitely was finding the spot explaining how it’s all connected to my ankle and so on.
