I've been frequenting estate sales ran by Raincross Estate Sales for a long time. Jacob and his staff are some of the most friendly, helpful people you can come across. It's all but guaranteed that a Raincross sale will be packed with unique, antique, vintage, and collectable items. Most importantly the prices are always fair so you know if you see something you like, you can take it home for a great deal. I can only imagine doing business with Jacob and the Raincross team as a client is just as pleasant as being a customer.
I have been going to raincross estate sales for several years. I would like to take this time to thank jacob and his staff. I have received a positive experience at each sale that I have attended. His sales have always been clean, well organized, and clearly priced. I am looking forward to the next one I can attend. Thanks Jacob and staff.
We go to Raincross' Estate Sales 90% of the time and the only reason we don't is if we are traveling or it is way too far. 100% of the time we come home with so much cool stuff! His pricing is decent and fair, our house is full of things we bought from Raincross! The staff are always friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable (especially Jake) . They are genuinely happy people and we will keep on going and buying for as long as we can! One happy customer over here!

Jacob is nice when we wants too. Recently for quite some time now he's had some issues with us. We always were cordial with him. Saying "hello" & asking how he's doing? etc... One day we went to one & mom was going to refer him to someone else who wanted to do estate sales, then he replied to her "saying I'm not in the mood to talk, I'm in a bad mood!, leave me alone!".
