DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are dishonest and do not care about the best interest of their customer and are only interest in getting paid. They will take advantage of you when ever possible, will hide important details that would allow you to make an educated decision regarding whether or not you should move forward with the sale to ensure their own bottom dollar. And once caught they will provide empty apologies that do nothing to help their client.

I can't recommend enough that you don't use Raincross Escrow for any of your needs in the future. From start to finish they were disorganized and terrible communicators. A few specific examples- in a 90 day close they waited until 14 days prior to inform me about a city specific form needed to close that had a 10 business day turnaround which caused a delay in close by a few days.
