Where to start, well they take forever on just about everything. Communication is something they lack. I have to make several calls because they dont get returned. I was working with Jessie, after several mths i got a message from Jordie that she had left the company. When i responded to that message i got no reply. They did take care of my 2015 taxes but lately they have dropped the ball. Now i will be late on filing and have to pay penalties thanks to them.
