My mother, a senior citizen, was scammed by this company, she brought it back for the refund they guarantee and she was verbally abused to the point of breaking down. Just had a demo of the newest Rainbow Vacuum. Still a great product still an awful price. My Rainbow V2 was bough in October of 2015 for about $2800. It just stopped working and according to Rainbow the service would cost me about $1000. I think it is a great product and it will last about 10 years and that is the length of the warranty. Cost of ownership is my only issue. $280 a year! Every vacuum I have had in my life cost me less than $200 and every one of them lasted 2-3 years. At $1000 this thing is worth every cent. Jason is a very slick salesman. Don't do business with with him or Rainbow Vacuums. If you decide to do business with them and sign a contract to make a purchase, be careful. Make sure you really want the product. They offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If you decide to cancel within that time period, you will end up with a hell of a mess on your hands. If you try and reach out to Jason, he will not take your calls , texts, and will not get back to you. Be forewarned, stay away.

The experience was fun. My children loved sitting and watching. The product is really cool. Only downside is that the pitch is really long. Got the lady multiple sit downs with family and never received the additional products promised.
