Jason was AMAZING!! Showed us everything so well and with ease! The Rainbow is amazing it literally is the best invention ever!! I am an extremely clean person and when I saw how dirty my house still was after vacuuming and mopping I was mind blowned, and Jason definitely helped us see how valuable this product is, especially because we have a baby in the house! Amazing amazing!
Would give no stars. Returned the Vacuume with in the time allotted on the contract and still waiting on a refund to my credit card. It’s been over two months. After calling many times and being told each time they are dealing with it and I should have refund soon, now Direct Ventures has stopped answering my calls and emails. Will have to file complaint with my credit card company. Product is fine the company is dishonest and will keep your money. Sales person was nice enough to deal with though.
RUN ITS A SCAM! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rainbow and their representative. During her in-home demonstration, I informed her halfway through that I had a meeting and needed to leave. Despite this, she remained at my house for over four hours, even waiting until I returned to finish the presentation. The level of persistence felt highly unprofessional and uncomfortable.
