Our Ritello representative, Jason Rogers was amazing. Great product. We have two big dogs and had 6 different vacuums, including a Vacu-Flo installed in our house. The Ritelllo vacuum is easy to use and made such a huge difference in only one use. The air cleaning option is fantastic. Ritello swooped in to take over where Rainbow headquarters used to be. When i called them to see if they were associated with Rainbow to claim warranty service on my vaccuum, the lady sweetly said she could sell me parts but don't offer warranty services. In other words, they would love to cash in and sell you a rainbow and not be responsible for service repairs.. Bring your business to Rainbow in Edmonton instead. These guys are opportunist scammers. Purchased this vacuum and were promised a 10 day return policy. We confirmed multiple times that it was a full refund if we changed our mind. On day 4 we requested to return the product and were told (for the first time) that because we had used a credit card to purchase, it was a 3 day return policy and there’s nothing that can be done. Convenient. We will be filing a complaint with our credit card, as well as the consumer protection act.
